Delivery, Returns and Cancellations

Delivery

We operate national shipping using DX, Pallet transport or our own vehicles.

We do our best to despatch Lindab products within 2 days of receiving your order however should we be out of stock of any items the lead time from Lindab is approximately 10-15 working days.

Orders under £500 Ex VAT £19.20
Orders over £500 Ex VAT Free

Returns

We accept returns based on the following:

• Carriage paid by returning Party
• Any damages during return shipping are the responsibility of the customer
• Goods are credited when they have arrived back and checked
• All goods must be in original packaging, undamaged and in clean condition
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge
• Only goods purchased from SCP Building Products within the last 2 months will be credited
• We reserve the right to refuse credit at any time
• Any goods returned without prior written permission from SCP will be refused

Cancellations

We accept cancellations but as with our returns policy, we charge a 15% restocking fee for all goods, and the buyer has to arrange and pay for the return transport should this be required. We follow the same criteria, see below:
